Dayspine is operated by Exotix creators LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically survivable, and it describes what the site actually does.

On the body data. Weight, height, age and goals are personal in a way a shopping history is not. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to target you. It exists to calculate your calories, your protein and your sessions, and for nothing else.

We set no analytics cookies beyond these, and there is no third-party advertising network on this site other than Meta.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or list buyers.
Because we advertise on Instagram and Facebook, we tell Meta when someone views a page, starts the quiz, gives an email, or buys — so we can tell which ads work. Those events are sent both from your browser and from our server. They include:
Your quiz answers are never sent to Meta. Your weight, your goal, your diet and your allergies stay with us.
Your answers and plan are kept while your access is active, so that opening Dayspine on a new device does not mean starting the quiz again. Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Advertising events are kept for two years. Ask us to delete your data and we delete everything except the order records the law makes us keep.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email support@dayspine.com and we will do it within 30 days. We will not charge you and we will not make the service worse for asking.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly, plus the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell personal information as the CCPA defines it. If you are in the UK or EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you the same rights plus the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Dayspine is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your answers sit behind row-level security and are reachable only by the server, never by another visitor's browser. No card details are held by us at any point. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — if there is ever a breach affecting you, we will tell you.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
