Dayspine is operated by Exotix creators LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Buying Dayspine means you agree to what follows. If you do not, do not buy it.
Dayspine is a web app that builds a training plan and a food plan from the answers you give in the quiz, and keeps them in one place. You pay once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel.

Thirty days, no reason needed. Email support@dayspine.com within 30 days of buying and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain, and you do not have to prove you used it.
If you bought the Printed Plan, you keep it.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
Access is tied to the email address you paid with. Keep it to yourself — it is the only key. One purchase is for one person. You are welcome to show it to whoever you like, but sharing access so that several people use one purchase is not what you bought.
Dayspine is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a healthcare provider. The calories, protein targets, sessions and meals it produces are general guidance calculated from the numbers you entered — they are not a diagnosis, a treatment, or advice about a medical condition.
Talk to a doctor before you start, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, taking medication, or have a heart, metabolic, or eating-related condition. If something hurts, stop.
You train and eat at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, Exotix creators LLC is not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of Dayspine, and our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us.
Everything in Dayspine — the software, the plans, the exercise and class material — belongs to Exotix creators LLC. Buying it buys you the use of it, not ownership of it.
You bought lifetime access, and we mean it, but honesty is worth more than a promise nobody can keep: if the service ever shuts down, we will tell you by email beforehand and give you a way to take your plan with you. If that happens within 30 days of your purchase, you get a refund under the policy above.
We may change these terms — if we change anything that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so on this page. Changes are not retroactive: the terms that applied when you bought are the terms of your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
